Traditional deli products have instant appeal while being displayed in this well illuminated case. The sloping double glazed thermopane glass in the front prevents condensation or frost build up and ensures clear display at all times. The window is recessed from the steel frame for added protection. Rear easy sliding thermopane glass doors.
- Features
- Refrigeration - High humidity gravity coils in the top of the unit produce cool moist air which provides a uniform temperature without the use of forced air. An automatic defrost cycle, set in our factory, is time initiated and time terminated. A hot gas condensate pan in the bottom of the unit evaporates unwanted water.
- Construction - The construction consists of foam injected components, protected by a zinc coating to ensure long life. The case top is highly polished stainless steel and the interior has two rows of baked enamel shelves which are adjustable in 1" increments. The standard color is white and a choice of many other optional colors are offered.
